These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made through Security Cameras for Farms (“SCFF”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud occur.
Goods remain the property of SCFF until paid in full.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or approved courier services.
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
Any risk in the goods is passed onto you once delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If parcels are returned due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or refusal of delivery, then additional redelivery fees may apply.
Returns & Change of Mind
We offer a return period on eligible products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days provided that:
- The item is unused and in original packaging,
- The product is in resalable condition,
- Proof of purchase is provided.
- Partial returns from bundle deals will be refunded minus the bundle discount.
- Missing or damaged packaging/accessories may incur a fee deduction.
- Orders of 3+ units are non-refundable for change of mind but remain covered under warranty.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Used, damaged, modified, clearance or custom-order items may not be eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of returned goods.
Warranty
All products sold by Security Cameras for Farms include a 1 Year Local Australian Warranty unless otherwise stated.
Products are also covered by applicable manufacturer warranties and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Physical or accidental damage.
- Water ingress caused by misuse.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or external power sources.
- Pest or insect infestation.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear.
If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we may repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Customers may be required to return products for assessment before a warranty claim is approved.
Trail Camera & Battery Safety
Rechargeable batteries and electronic devices must be used responsibly.
You agree to:
- Never leave batteries charging unattended.
- Only use approved chargers and accessories.
- Keep batteries away from heat, fire and moisture.
- Supervise children around electronic equipment.
Failure to follow proper safety procedures may result in product damage, personal injury or voided warranty claims.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or functionality.
We are not liable for interruptions, viruses, technical issues or temporary unavailability of the website.
While we aim to ensure all information is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCFF is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or business interruption arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and graphics, remains the property of Security Cameras for Farms and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
