30 Day Return Polices
- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA#.
- Must contact us to get an RMA# before returning.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging, including UPC and all contents.
- Cameras must not be marked, painted, or defaced.
- Partial returns from package deals will be refunded minus the package discount.
- Orders of 3+ units are not refundable but are eligible for warranty replacement.
- Missing or damaged packaging/accessories may incur a fee deduction.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; refund excludes original shipping cost.
Warranty Claim Faulty Products
If you are experiencing issues with your product, please initially use our contact us form for instant answers to frequently asked questions and product specific troubleshooting.
If we are unable to find an answer or solution to your issue and unable to fix it over the phone/email, you can return the items to us for a new replacement in accordance with the warranty regulation.
Please note that if products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted to us within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
Once we received your claim, we will email you back with an RMA (Return Merchant Authorisation) number along with instructions on how to send it back.
Once the RMA is issued (via email), you must return the camera within 7 days.
If you are returning a camera to us, please return it to us along with the RMA form filled out.
